It is very easy to get to Methana. If you arrived by airplane you just have to take the E94 Bus to Piraeus.
There you will find ferry-boats to Methana. They seil in direction to Poros island. If you are not lucky and there is no ferry-boat, you can take a hydrofoil to Poros island (it has a connection to land) and from there (Galatas) you drive to Methana by taxi or bus.
On the road you just follow the highway towards Corinthos and after the bridge & channel of Corinthos you turn to Epidavros. After Epidavros you pass Trahia and after this village you turn left towards Galatas, Poros and Methana. After the village Kalloni and the little lake Psifta you turn left to Methana.
Be very careful if it is a rainy weather! Drive very slow because the roads get very slippy...
